We are seeking a responsible, organized team-
player with a strong work ethic to join our Property Maintenance team! This position is for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has problem solving skills, attention to detail, ability to multi- task & prioritize while working with deadlines.
Do you have experience in general maintenance, painting/taping, basic plumbing & carpentry, landscaping, and snow removal?
You will have direct contact with our tenants and vendors ~ so patience, the ability to handle any situation with a smile & a calm demeanor are a must.
This position is full-time with an exceptional benefi ts package and salary commensurate with experience. On-call and overtime are necessary. A valid driver’s license and located within a 30-minute radius to Burlington is required.

After suffering major losses from the flooding in Montpelier, the Montpelier Food Pantry was in need of a new home. Vermont League of Cities and Town’s (VLCT) was able to carve off 1,500 SF of their existing space for the Montpelier Food Pantry to lease new space! Their doors will be open in early September at 89 Main Street, City Center, Montpelier, Vt. VLCT and the Food Pantry are very excited about the opportunity to share space and work together to provide a needed service for the community. Kendra Kenney represented VLCT.
