Sale Announcement! 11-17 Center Street, Brandon, Vt
Pomerleau Real Estate is excited to announce that Bill Townsend has purchased the iconic 11-17 Center Street building in Brandon, Vt. The beautiful 7,000 SF brick building sits in the middle of downtown and is home to the historic Café Provence. After years of ownership, Chef Robert has decided to sell his building! The Eden General Store, Route 100, Eden Vermont, formally owned by Francis & Minda LaFountain was sold to Anne Ford of San Diego California and Eden Vermont.
The broker was Kim Wichert, Pomerleau Real Estate. The deal closed on Friday, April 29th.
