As Managing Partner and Principal Broker, Kendra’s primary responsibilities include spearheading the strategic direction of the firm, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring adherence to the highest standards of professionalism and compliance. Additionally, Kendra works to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders, providing expert advice and guidance on commercial real estate transactions.
Kendra holds a real estate license in Vermont and previously in Massachusetts. In 2020 she received her Brokers license for Vermont. Kendra works on a variety of commercial real estate transactions ranging from tenant representation to investment sales. She represents retail, office and industrial tenants and landlords as well as buyers and sellers.
After graduating from Saint Michael’s college in 2010, Kendra began her career at CBRE | New England as a Business Development Assistant for the two Co-Managing Brokers of the office. After five years in Boston, Kendra moved to Vermont where she worked as a commercial realtor for six years with Donahue & Associates. Kendra previously sat on the Board of Special Olympics Vermont, participated in the Leadership Champlain (Class of 2021) and in 2015 was awarded the Vermont Business Magazine Rising Star Award. Kendra also holds a Certificate in Interior Design from the Boston Architecture College.
When she is not in the office, Kendra can be found spending time with her daughter Steeley, trail running with her dogs or hitting the slopes in Stowe with her husband Braden.
