Scott brings more than a decade of experience in construction, real estate development, permitting, and owner’s project management to Pomerleau. Prior to joining the team, he served as a Preconstruction Manager, supporting business development and leading preconstruction efforts on a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential projects throughout Vermont and New Hampshire.
A Boston native, Scott previously worked as Senior Development Project Manager for a privately held development and management company, where he led complex mixed-use and multifamily projects and developed deep expertise in permitting, financing and construction management.
Scott maintains an unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License and remains actively engaged in the industry, managing his own projects and consulting for Boston-based property owners.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kasey, daughters Avery and Lena, and his dog, Gordy.
